Dutch club Ajax Football announced on Wednesday that Arsenal completed the contracting procedures with young striker Doniel Mullen.
Ajax said on its website that Mullen, 16, will travel to London on the spot to join his new team, after he turned down an offer to extend his contract with the Dutch club.
He said Wim Jonk youth club Ajax coach "Doniel great talent. Of severe ill-luck he will leave Ajax."
