Romanian Mircea Lucescu FC Shakhtar Donetsk coach admits that he violated the desire UEFA involved when Brazilian midfielder Fred match in the Champions League qualifier on Tuesday despite knowing the potential exposure international player to stop because of his violation of the doping regulations.
